About the offer

    What is the RYOBI HP Bonus offer?

    Buy an eligible RYOBI 18V ONE+ HP power tool or kit, or a 36V HP power garden tool or kit, at Bunnings Warehouse between 2 and 30 November 2026, register it on My RYOBI, and receive a bonus Bunnings eGift Card from $20 up to $200. 

    How much will I get?

    It depends on the shelf price of each product: $99 = $20; $100 to $199.99 = $30; $200 to $249.99 = $40; $250 to $299.99 = $50; $300 to $399.99 = $60; $400 to $599.99 = $100; $600+ = $200.

    Does buying more than one product increase my bonus?

    Each product is assessed on its own price. Prices are not added together. Each purchase needs its own claim, and you will receive individual eGift Card. 

    Can I claim more than once?

    Yes, up to 5 claims, with one claim per eligible purchase. Only your first 5 registered eligible purchases receive the bonus. 

    Can I buy at a retailer other than Bunnings?

    No. The offer runs at Bunnings Warehouse stores and online in Australia. 

    Registering and claiming 

      How do I claim my bonus?

      Go to myryobi.com.au, log in or create a My RYOBI account, make sure you have opted in to marketing comms, open the product registration page, complete the form and upload your receipt. It takes up to 5 minutes. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to register your product. 

      What does my receipt need to show?

      Where you bought the product, the product(s) you bought and the date of purchase, which must be between 2 and 30 November 2026. Purchases outside of this period are not accepted. 

      I do not have a My RYOBI account. Can I still claim?

      Yes. You can create a myryobi account at myryobi.com.au. 

      Why do I need to opt in to marketing comms?

      Opting in to receive marketing from RYOBI is a condition of the offer and must be done before you submit your registration. 

      I bought my product online from Bunnings. Can I claim?

      Yes, online Bunnings Warehouse purchases in Australia are eligible. Upload your itemised order receipt. 

      After you register 

        What happens after I submit my registration?

        You will see a confirmation pop-up and receive an email confirming your Bonus submission.  

        How long until my claim is approved?

        It may take up to 7 business days. Occasionally it may take longer, up to 10 working days, as noted in the terms. If we need more information, we will contact you. 

        I have not received an email. What should I do?

        Check your junk folder. All emails go to the address on your My RYOBI account. 

        If you purchased outside of the eligible purchase date or registered product outside of 30 days or registered non-eligible product, you won’t receive confirmation pop-up notification or email confirmation after registration. 

        If you are still missing an email after 10 working days, please contact us.

        What if you ask for more information?

        Reply as soon as you can. If we do not hear back within a reasonable time, we may not be able to approve your claim. 

        Activating your eGift Card 

          How do I activate my eGift Card?

          Open the email “Your bonus eGift Card is ready to activate!” and click Activate now. You will see a confirmation that your eGift Card was activated successfully. 

          How long do I have to activate?

          30 days from when your card is issued. The deadline is in the email footer. 

          I have activated my card. Am I done?

          Not yet. Activation alone does not complete the process. Open your next email, “Enjoy your Bunnings eGift Card!”, and click Transfer now. 

          Transferring in the Switch It portal 

            What is Switch It?

            A secure gift card portal run by our partner Blackhawk Network where you swap your bonus eGift Card for a Bunnings eGift Card. 

            How long do I have to transfer?

            6 months from activation. The deadline is in the email footer, and the portal displays a 6-month expiry notice. 

            What do I do in Switch It?

            Click Select on the Bunnings Warehouse tile → check the amount → click Confirm → look for the green success message → open Redemption History and click the eye icon → choose View or Download. 

            Where do I find my Bunnings eGift Card?

            In the portal’s Redemption History. Click the eye icon next to your card. You can also use the link in your transfer email to return to the portal. Also, you can find it at My RYOBI navigation Other → My Incentives. 

            What is the difference between View and Download?

            View opens your card online so it can be scanned from your phone. Download saves a PDF and requires a PDF reader. We recommend you save a copy or print screen it, so you can present it at Bunnings. 

            The portal will not load. What can I try?

            Try a different browser or device, turn off pop-up blockers and try again. If it still does not work, contact us with your reference number (it starts with MB-). 

            Using your Bunnings eGift Card 

              Where can I use it?

              At any Bunnings store in Australia. Show the View page on your phone or print your PDF. Printed copy should be readable. 

              Can I swap it for cash or another store’s gift card?

              No. The bonus is a Bunnings eGift Card. 

              My Bunnings eGift Card has a problem. Who can help?

              Once issued, your card is governed by the Blackhawk Network and Bunnings eGift Card terms. We are happy to point you in the right direction. 

              If something goes wrong 

                What if I miss the activation or transfer deadline?

                The terms require activation within 30 days and transfer within 6 months. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your situation. 

                What if I return my product?

                Unless the product is faulty, returning it makes your bonus claim invalid. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. 

                Who do I contact?

                Use the “Contact Us” link on your RYOBI emails or the RYOBI website. Please have your - reference number handy.
