By registering for this e-gift card promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which will at that time, become binding between you and us.
No salesperson, representative or agent is authorised by us to give any guarantee, warranty or representation in addition to, or contrary to these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

This promotion is only available online when you register your product through the My Ryobi website (promotion or offer).
This promotion is being conducted by Techtronic Industries Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 98 002 277 509) of 31 Gilby Road, Mount Waverley VIC 3149 (Promoter).
The promotion is only open to eligible claimants. An “eligible claimant” is a person who:
a) is either an Australian citizen or an Australian permanent resident;
b) provides an Australian (physical) street address, that is not a PO Box address;
c) receives the email offer to their email address outlined within their My Ryobi profile. Only select My Ryobi registrants will be eligible for the relevant e-gift card offered within the communicated email;
d) complies with and submits a product registration form in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
e) registers for this e-gift card for himself or herself exclusively and not on behalf of any other person or group of persons;
f) does not in any way tamper with the e-gift card and/or the registration process for the e-gift card;
g) enters the correct serial/model numbers for the relevant products and for all products in a product kit; and
h) purchases the listed Ryobi product from Bunnings (Australia)).
The e-gift card offer only applies to products outlined in the Promotion List, purchased from Bunnings (Australia) in Australia. Products purchased from non-authorised sellers (including parallel imports) are not eligible to participate in this promotion. E-gift cards are valid for three (3) years.
The e-gift card promotion purchase period commences on Friday 27th March 2024 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 4th June 2024 (for specific products set out in Table 1). E-gift card claims for all products must be submitted to and received by the Promoter, by 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 11th June 2024 to be eligible.
For clarity, an eligible claimant has until Tuesday 4th June 2024 to make a purchase (for products in Table 1) and until Tuesday 11th June 2024 to register for the e-gift card.

Only one e-gift card claim is permitted per person. A person is only eligible for one e-gift card for this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt a person will only be eligible for one e-gift card regardless of whether a person purchases and registers 1 or multiple products.
To be able to register and claim the e-gift card offer, one of the following Ryobi products must be purchased from Bunnings (Australia).

If the Ryobi product purchased is registered online at the My RYOBI portal within the first 30 days of purchase, the product may qualify for an extended warranty at no additional cost. For warranty details please visit: https://www.ryobi.com.au/support/warranties.
The no cost extended warranty is only available to the original purchaser/eligible claimant who purchased the Ryobi product under the e-gift card offer and registered online at My Ryobi portal within the first 30 days of purchase. The extended warranty will only apply for successful online registration completed within 30 days of purchase. If an eligible claimant sells or gives away the Ryobi product purchased to another person, the no cost extended warranty will no longer apply.
Only one e-gift card can be claimed per transaction. To be eligible for the e-gift card, the product purchased cannot be purchased or used in conjunction with any other offer.
The Bunnings gift card must be utilised within the terms specified by Bunnings and in compliance with the Bunnings gift card terms and conditions.
The e-gift card offer only applies to products outlined in the Promotion List, purchased from Bunnings (Australia) in Australia. Products purchased from non-authorised sellers (including parallel imports), or outside Australia are not eligible to participate in this e-gift card promotion.
Each valid registration is only eligible for an e-gift card offer in accordance with the relevant Ryobi product purchased as set out in Table 1. Products outlined in Table 1 can be tool only or kit registrations.
A valid registration requires providing accurate personal contact information, including your full name, contact number, email address, the Ryobi product purchased, the Australian authorised retailer store it was purchased from, product serial number, and a copy of the proof of purchase (store product receipt). Any registration form/application that fails to provide true and correct information (including but not limited to product serial/model numbers) will be deemed invalid and excluded from the e-gift card offer.
A Ryobi product purchase from Bunnings (Australia) in Australia (an Australian authorised retailer) is necessary in order to register and claim the e-gift Card. This offer does not apply to Products not listed in the Promotion List outlined in Table 1.
This offer does not apply to products in the Promotion list when:
Products are purchased using an employee discount.
To be eligible for a e-gift card offer under the purchase offer, an eligible claimant must, during the promotion period:
a) Purchase a qualifying product (from products in Table 1) between Wednesday 27th March 2024 and Tuesday 4th June 2024 at Bunnings (Australia) in Australia. Please keep your purchase receipt as you will need a copy of your receipt to register your product online;
b) Register your Ryobi product online through the My RYOBI Portal: (https://www.ryobi.com.au/register) by 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday 11th June 2024;
c) You must register the product within the My Ryobi account linked to your email in which you received the offer from;
d) Once you register your product, the Ryobi team will confirm your eligibility within five [5] days of product registration with your e-gift card and subsequently dispatch the eGift card if eligible.
There is no fee charged to register for this promotion other than the cost of you accessing the Internet.
The e-gift card will be emailed to the email address outlined in the My Ryobi account in which the product is registered.
If the Promoter runs out of e-gift cards due to demand and current available stock levels, eligible claimants will be contacted and have the choice of waiting until the new e-gift cards arrive or be offered an alternative option or bonus offer as notified by the Promoter. Any alternative or substituted bonus offer will have the same or a greater value than the advertised e-gift card offer.
The Promoter is not responsible for and will not be liable to any eligible claimants under any circumstances where:
any e-gift card(s) are discontinued, unavailable or expire.
No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected claim forms. Payment must be made in full for a product as per the invoice and lay-bys will not be accepted.
Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information supplied by an eligible claimant disqualifies their claim(s) and registration.
The e-gift card offer cannot be returned and is not, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. In the event that any offer is unavailable, due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter will offer an alternative bonus offer at its discretion, being of equal or higher value.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and eligible claimants (including an eligible claimant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible claimant who submits a registration that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the registration process. Suitable forms of verification are at the discretion of the Promoter. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the promotion offer at any time without notice.
If the e-gift card promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including as a result of electronic tampering or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any eligible claimant, or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate
The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to an eligible claimant’s or any other person’s computer related to participation in this promotion and problems with transmission of entries and / or emails over the internet, acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of an eligible claimant receiving an e-gift card or bonus offer are the sole responsibility of the eligible claimant.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to administer the promotion, the product warranty, for its own marketing purposes and for market analysis. The Promoter may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service partners and providers, offer suppliers. The Promoter will not otherwise disclose your personal information unless you have been informed or you have consented or when the Promoter are otherwise permitted or authorised to do so by law. Participation in the program is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised by you, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. The Promoter’s privacy policy contains information about how you can access or correct personal information held about you or make a complaint about a privacy concern or a breach of the Australian privacy laws. The laws of Victoria, Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law. All parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
