The RYOBI 36V High Performance EDGE 4Ah Battery harnesses cutting edge tabless battery technology to deliver more power and runtime*, especially under heavy loads when certain tools need it most. It’s engineered to stay cooler in order to sustain optimum performance for your 36V garden tools during longer, more demanding tasks. EDGE batteries are perfectly matched for your hardest-working garden tools, including mowers, blowers and chainsaws.
Pushing 36V tools to the limit can cause excess heat build-up in the Battery, reducing runtime and power output. EDGE Batteries use a COOL-CORE PRO™ heat management system to avoid those issues. It features laser welded cell straps and customised heat sinks to keep temperatures down and maximise runtime.
Previous generations of 36V batteries feature tabs on their cells, which can restrict power transfer. Tabless battery cells are engineered to deliver free-flowing power without bottlenecks.
IntelliCell™ technology ensures each battery cell is monitored and balanced to prevent overloading and deep discharge. It also enhances battery safety and longevity.
An integrated LED fuel gauge makes it easy to check battery charge levels.
