Door Latch Installation Router Kit

Use the RYOBI Door Latch Installation Router Kit to cut a clean, accurately positioned door latch recess. It eliminates the guesswork of aligning tools, allowing you to install a door latch and latch plate with confidence every time.

This Kit includes a Door Latch Jig, Latch Locator and Straight Shank Router Bit with a ½” Bearing.

The Door Latch Jig attaches securely to doors with a maximum 44mm thickness. A separate insert can also be used for doors with a maximum 35mm thickness. Both Jigs attach to doors using the included On-Board Clamp.

The Latch Locator fits neatly into both Jigs. It confirms if the Jig is centred with the latch hole or if it needs to be adjusted.

Both Jigs have a built-in router template to create a precise latch recess with the included Router Bit (router sold separately).

Use the Guide Holes on the Jig to set the Router Bit to the correct depth.
