Techtronic Industries Australia Pty Ltd is conducting a voluntary recall of the RSH2400RG (green model). The product is being recalled due to potential manufacturing defect that if the product is used the product may be susceptible to a fracture in the motor cooling fan. If the defect occurs whilst in use, there is a risk that users could be exposed to fragments of the motor cooling fan causing injury or damage.
The product has been sold through Bunnings retailers throughout Australia from September 2011 to November 2011.
Customers are asked to immediately cease using the product and return the product to their Bunnings retailer for a full refund of the purchase price (at the option of the Customer) or contact Techtronic Industries Australia Pty Ltd's customer service on 1300 361 505 (freecall) who will arrange for the product to be picked up and for a refund or replacement (at the option of the customer) to be provided.
Please note that replacement products will not be available until early 2012.

Techtronic Industries Australia Pty Ltd is conducting a voluntary recall of the EMS2431SCL. The product is being recalled due to potential manufacturing defect that makes the product susceptible to a fracture in the upper blade guard. There is a remote possibility that a fracture may occur during sage giving rise to a risk that user's hands may be exposed to the moving blade causing injury or damage.
The Product has been sold through Bunnings retailers throughout Australia from February 2008 to March 2010.
Customers are asked to immediately cease using the product and return the product to their Bunnings retailer for replacement or a full refund of the purchase price (at the option of the Customer) or contact Techtronic Industries Australia Pty Ltd's customer service on 1300 361 505 (freecall) who will arrange for the product to be picked up and for a refund or replacement (at the option of the customer) to be provided. Please note that replacement products will not be available until the end of August 2010.
Saws purchased after the 20 August 2010 are not subject to this recall.
