To enter: Users must enter their details at www.ryobi.com.au/cricket/ticket-giveaway including their name, email address, phone number and postal address as well as answer the following question correctly - What power tool company sponsors the State Cricket's ONE-DAY Cup?
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
This is a game of skill with entrants naming the sponsor of State Cricket's ONE-DAY Cup to win the prize.
2. Entry is open to persons 15 years and over to Australian residents only. Employees of Techtronic Industries Australia and New Zealand, the promoter, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize draw.
3. Promotion commences on Monday 5 December 2011 and closes on Tuesday 6 December 2011. Promotion will be communicated by electronic direct mail and available at www.ryobi.com.au/cricket/ticket-giveaway
4. There are 5 double passes to be given away for the duration of the competition and will be the first 5 correct entries received. All winners will be notified by email. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize Details are as follows:
5 x double tickets to Vodafone Test Series (Hobart) event (9-12 December 2011).
The entry tickets are only valid for entry for 4 days only per ticket. Prize value: $520.00 each double ticket.
7. All above prizes include GST. The total maximum prize pool is $2600.00. This prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
8. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same time in place as the original draw as is necessary, in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed before Tuesday 6 December 2011.
9. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
10. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database. The promoter may use the entrants' names, email, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. Offer is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual offer and service providers.
13. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
14. Any costs associated with travel to or return from Vodafone Test Series (Hobart), including transportation, flights or accommodation is the claimant's responsibility. The prize only consists of entry tickets to the Vodafone Test Series (Hobart) for two people only for 4 days (9-12 December 2011).
