1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. This is a game of skill with entrants naming the DIY and renovating expert that will be appearing live on stage at Better Homes and Gardens live to win the prize.
2. Entry is open to persons 15 years and over and Victoria residents only. Employees of Techtronic Industries Australia and New Zealand, the promoter, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize draw.
3. Promotion commences on Monday February 20th, 2012 and closes at 10am on Tuesday 21st February 2012. Promotion will be communicated by electronic direct mail and available at www.ryobi.com.au/bhglive
4. There are 50 double passes to be given away for the duration of the competition and will be the first 50 correct entries received. All winners will be notified by email. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize Details are as follows:
50 x double passes to Better Homes and Gardens LIVE event (Friday 23rd , Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th) The entry passes are only valid for entry into the show for one day only per pass.
Prize value: $40.00 each
7. All above prizes include GST. The total maximum prize pool is $2000.00. This prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
8. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same time in place as the original draw as is necessary, in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed before 23rd September.
9. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
10. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database. The promoter may use the entrants' names, email, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

13. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
14. Any costs associated with travel to or return from the show, including transportation, flights or is the claimant’s responsibility. The prize consists of entry to the Better Homes and Gardens LIVE show for two people only.
